Dollaro leather is very resilient and scratch resistant due to the pebble grain embossing which polishes the leather and seals the porous surface. Dollaro is vegetable tanned and will develop patina (character and sheen) over time.

$10 flat rate Australia wide for any order under $99. $15 flat rate New Zealand wide for any order under $99.

AU/NZ Express Shipping (2-4 business days):
$15 Express shipping in Australia.
$20 Express shipping in New Zealand.

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney location. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Mon - Fri). 

International Standard Shipping (6-10 Business Days pending delays):
$25 worldwide standard shipping via Australia Post International service.

RETURNS

Refunds

Should you wish to make a return for a refund, please contact us at hello@rafiaandpelle.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide a return address once approved. 

Items should be in original condition, unused and unworn. *The cost of returning the bag / item is the responsibility of the customer. Rafia and Pelle cannot are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

The total amount of the purchase will be refunded back onto the payment method used minus the original shipping cost. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would like another colour or style we suggest you repurchase your desired style and return the original item. Due to limited stock we unfortunately cannot hold items. 

Faulty

Rafia and Pelle will do our best to replace any items deemed faulty. Please email a photo of the fault through to hello@rafiaandpelle.com. Please note wear and tear after use will not be considered as faulty.
